Parking

Passenger cars can be parked in Parking 14 at a cost of 10 EUR/day.

2. Registration

The Registration Desk is located in the Entrance Foyer (Mezzanine Level) of the CityCube.

Delegates who have not yet settled the registration fee in full will be asked to pay the amount due. The Registration Desk accepts Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or cash (EUR only). 

Badges

On Monday, 10 July delegates with a valid registration will receive an email from the Registration Secretariat with a QR registration code.
Please have the QR code ready when you first arrive at the venue. It will enable you to pick up your badge and Delegate bag.

Please note that badges need to be worn at all times in the venue and all official functions of the General Assembly.

If you forget your badge, new one will be reprinted for a fee of 20 EUR.

3. Scientific Program

The up-to-date program of the General Assembly can be accessed HERE.

Speaker Ready Room

All presentations must be uploaded in the Speaker Ready Room, located in Cube Club (Level 1 behind Hall A6) at least 2 hours before the start of the session. Presentations for an early morning session should be handed over the evening before.

Poster Sessions

Poster Sessions will take place in Hall B (Level 2).

All poster authors will be provided with mounting material at the Poster Desk located in Hall B, which will be open from 12 to 19 July, from 08:00 to 18:30.

5. Other

Coffee Breaks and Lunches

Coffee breaks will be served in the Exhibition and Poster area as per the Program at a glance.
On Monday, 17 July, the morning coffee break will be kindly supported by the German Geophysical Society (DGG).


Lunches can be purchased at own cost in Food Trucks that will be available in the Exhibition area.
Food Trucks are open from 12 to 19 July from 11:00 to 18:00.

Travel Grants

Monetary support can be claimed onsite at the Travel Grants Counter (Foyer Hall 7, Level 2).

Please, bring a valid photo ID (passport, driving license).
You will be requested to sign a document acknowledging the receipt of the grant.

Certificates

All registered and attending participants will be able to download their Certificate of Attendance and Certificate of Presentation in the IUGG 2023 portal after the event.

Please do not take photos of the presentations unless the speaker allows it by using the indication sign in the room.

Insurance and Liability

The Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belongings of Congress participants, accompanying persons either during or because of the Congress or during the accompanying programme. Participants are strongly recommended to seek insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage, and trip cancellation.
